As the start of the season fast approaches, we are excited to share with you our new look Avant Haberden Match Day Hospitality.

This season, Avant have become our Match Day Hospitality Partner, as we launch Avant Haberden Match Day Hospitality. They will be supported by fellow partners, St Edmunds Butchers and Branston.

We also welcome a new Hospitality Manager, Ben Tupman, and a new Chef, George Sparrowhawk. Both are extremely experienced and ready to ensure that your Bury match day experience is better than ever.

To whet your whistle ahead of the 2024 / 2025 season, we invite you to join us for an afternoon of networking & to sample our new hospitality offering.

Upon arrival, you will receive to a welcome drink and have an initial chance to meet your peers. Thereafter, you will be treated to a two-course meal from our chef, and this will be followed by tea, coffee and more networking.

As ever, the bar will be open should the work morning mean you are looking for something stronger!

You will also have the chance to learn about facility hire, further events & our new Atkins Dellow Sponsors Lounge.

1:00pm: Arrival & Networking
1:50pm: Seating
2:00pm: Luncheon
3:00pm: Tea, Coffee & Further Networking
4:15pm: Close

It is our hope that through this event you will gain a flavour of hospitality at The Haberden. We will hold some elements back especially for ‘genuine’ match days, but it is our hope that you will be keen to book your luncheon/s after this event. As ever, it will also provide you with an opportunity to networking with your fellow #buryrugbyfamily members.

To ensure this event is to our high standards, we will be asking for a small ticket fee.

Bookings will be exclusively open to Bury St Edmunds Rugby Club sponsors and partners until Wednesday 28th of August.

After this date, bookings will also be open to club members and non-member guests, who will be most welcome too. To reflect this, the booking link will be added here / circulated on this date.

Bookings close on Friday 6th of September 2024.
