ScottishPower has expanded its public electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure with the addition of three new chargers at Bury St Edmunds Rugby Club. This latest development brings more enhancements to the Greene King IPA Haberden, as we continually strive for a better, more sustainable facility for our community. These new charging capabilities, bring the total to six 11kW sockets across six dedicated charging bays.
To celebrate the launch, ScottishPower is offering a special rate of just 35p per kWh for sessions started at the new site through the ScottishPower Recharge app. This limited-time offer is valid until October 31, giving EV drivers in the area an affordable and convenient charging option.
Located in the heart of Bury St Edmunds, the new chargers are set to play a vital role in supporting the region's transition to electric vehicles, while making it easier for locals and visitors alike to stay charged on the go.
Thank you to Beth Jamieson and to Scottish Power for facilitating this exceptional enhancement to the Bury Rugby offering.
